  ESCANABA - The John and Melissa Besse Center at Bay de Noc Community College should be ready to use in mid-September, according to college officials. Carolyn Bissell, executive director for institutional advancement, said the project has been slightly delayed. "We have had some delays on lighting for the gallery, which is expected to ship next week," said Bissell.
